Bradley Pike

Bradley is the Head Athletic Trainer and Director of Rehabilitation Services at Syracuse University after spending nine years as a Physical Therapist and Facility Manager for Sports Physical Therapy of New York. He was the Head Trainer for both the National Champion Syracuse Orangemen and the U21 Gold Medal Teams in 2003 and 2004, respectfully.

In addition to his strong clinical background, Bradley brings a passion, energy and genuine interest to every interaction, including his individualized coaching.

Gina Dickey

Gina is a Certified Athletic Trainer and former Head Trainer for a secondary High School preventing, treating, and rehabilitating sports-related injuries of all types. She is also trained in Stott Pilates in. Her objective as a Wellness Coach is to assist each individual client based upon their uniquely identified goals and needs. Her philosophy is built around keeping a consistent regime in all aspects of fitness to obtain overall health and wellness.

Gina enjoys keeping active by teaching fitness classes, running, and spending time with her husband and son.

Nicole Brush

Nicole brings an extensive and fascinating background to her work as a US Corporate Wellness Coach. Having lived with chronic illness for 27 years, she has learned the critical nature of wellness. She is a former competitve figure skater, a tennis player and runner (5K up to Half Marathon). She has a Bachelor of Science in Child Development/Family Studies and Certification as a Child Life Specialist. Nicole has always had a strong interest in health, nutrition and helping motivate others to find creative ways to bring wellness into their busy lives.

Robin Otterstetter

As a Triathlete and Runner, this 40ish mother of two knows the value of staying healthy and fit. She has learned the benefits of, and the "how to" in making time for what's important in spite of the busy-ness of life. As your coach, accountability partner and listening ear, Robin will effectively help you to do the same for the long haul. A graduate of Texas Tech University, she makes her home in Colorado with her husband of 17 years, enjoying everything from golf to hiking the many 14,000 foot peaks in the Rocky Mountains.

Sabryna Liddle

Sabryna discovered the value of health and fitness in her late 20's after moving to Colorado. As a 40 year old married mother of 2, she loves combining running, cycling, hiking, skiing and weight training, depending on the day. She's an experienced coach and veteran of multiple road races, including three marathons. Sabryna has discovered that a healthy body leads to a healthy mind and a happy life, and as your coach she knows she can help you reach your full health potential.

Sheri Boeyink

Sheri, a former collegiate athlete, now competes as a top national amateur inline skater. She supplements her training with trail running, hiking, road and mountain biking. But she understands the importance of balance, too. She loves hanging out with her husband and their two Shetland Sheep Dogs, watching movies and crotchet. Sheri brings all this and more to the table as she works with you to help you meet your goals.

Trish Downing

Trish Downing, a paraplegic athlete, is the second female wheelchair racer (first female paraplegic) to complete an Iron distance triathlon. She is a member of the physically challenged National Triathlon Team and a pioneer in women's wheelchair triathlon. She was a competitive cyclist from 1997-2000, but her career was cut short when she was hit head-on by a car while on a training ride in the fall of 2000 (September 17th) in Golden, Colo.

Trish has completed 13 marathons and a variety of triathlons from sprint to Iron distance. She was one of four athletes featured in the Disney film, Superior Beings, which aired on ESPN in addition to a number of other nationally televised specials, magazines and news articles. Trish lives the message of "You Can - without excuse." If she's your coach, you'll have the chance to learn the secrets to doing the same.

Jessica Garfin

Jessica is a physical therapist living in San Diego, California. She has been a physical therapist for 9 years and has worked in many avenues of physical therapy, focusing on outpatient orthopedics and prevention of sports injuries. However, Jessica doesn't stop with "talking the talk." She also makes a point to apply her knowledge personally, making exercise a regular part of her life in order to keep herself in physical and mental shape.

Aaron B. Witwer, MS, ATC, CSCS

Aaron brings a healthcare background that includes athletic training, physical therapy and wellness. After a competitive swimming and water polo career, Aaron received an undergraduate and graduate degree in kinesiology and sports health care. Since 2002, he has been working with athletes and patients of all kinds that need help achieving lifetime wellness habits. As a husband and father, the integration of 'wellness' into your busy day is of great importance to him.

Julenne Updegraff

Julenne, a busy 40ish mother of three is a former long-term counselor, manager and trainer for Jenny Craig International. She is passionate about healthy eating and helping others learn to make consistently wise choices in regards to their nutrition as well. She enjoys jogging with her dog Addie, playing tennis, hiking, cycling and walking. Julenne doesn't simply talk about maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle - she lives it!

Trish Byerley

Trisha Byerley is a certified personal trainer, an avid outdoor adventurer and a highly competitive runner and triathlete. She graduted with an Exercise Science Degree with an emphasis on therapy and biomechanics, an expertise she carries into her coaching with guidance in nutrition and consistently wise choices in their training.

Trish and her husband are both outdoor adventure guides in whitewater rafting, rock climbing and backpacking since 1998. They both still enjoy the challenge, but now primarily invest this time introducing inner city kids and friends to this hobby. Trisha believes consistency is the key - that in a strange sort of way it's the "lazy" way of staying in shape! (rather than starting over again and again) and works with her clients to help create that consistency.

Megan Hottman

Megan doesn't sit around much. Her background includes being a licensed cycling coach (USA Cycling), certified Aerobics instructor (AFAA), STAR 3 Spinning Instructor (Johnny G Spinning) and formerly-certified Personal trainer (NASM). While her interests in high school revolved around running track and cross-country, once in college Megan dabbled in TaeKwonDo, weight lifting, marathons, and triathlons. During law school she began competing in cycling and currently competes at a semi-professional level.

She aspires to compete in the 2012 Olympics in the sport of track racing. As your wellness coach, she'll help you step up your athletic and wellness pursuits to a level you've not experienced in the past.

Gina Johannesman

Gina, a Physical Therapist since 1996, has worked with clients of all ages including infants, adolescent athletes, acitve and inactive adults and seniors. Gina knows that setting goals, personally and professionally, is essential for reaching your maximum potential. She is there to break down the barriers that inhibit any individual from achieving those goals. Gina is a "multitasking" mom of two who juggles her time between work, family, volunteer work and of course her own workouts. She enjoys running (individual and team relay races), biking, hiking, yoga and weight training. Being an athlete her entire life, Gina makes it a priority to keep herself and family active and to teach her kids (and husband!) healthy food choices.

Kathy Zawadzki

Kathy Zawadzki has spent over two decades in the health and fitness profession working as a sports nutritionist, fitness instructor, and cycling coach. She earned a Master's degree in Exercise Science and is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health and Fitness Instructor. She is also a licensed USA Cycling Elite level coach and Sports Nutritionist. Her diverse background includes time with the sports science team at the US Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO where she worked to develop Olympic caliber athletes. Kathy is a frequent contributor of health and fitness articles published on the OLN Training Center and Her Sports Magazine. She was also a significant contributing author to Food for Fitness: Eat Right to Train Right (Putman, 2004).

Mindy Kugler

Mindy, a Physical Therapist, has an extensive history in the arena of practical wellness. In college, she played competitive volleyball and fast-pitch softball. Shortly after, she began cycling, running (including the Chicago Marathon) and even tried a triathlon. The mother of three boys, she and her husband enjoy tennis, golf, skiing, mountain biking and climbing 14ers. She also has a special interest in nutrition. In the midst of a busy life, she continues pursuing goals and loves helping others reach their goals.

Cathy Iarusso

As a kid, Cathy took dance lessons (ballet, tap, jazz) for 13 years and continued on in high school as a member of the drill team, dancing at football and basketball games. In addition to dancing, she also ran (as in sprinted) as a member of the track team in high school because she hated long distance running!

As an adult, Cathy never followed any kind of regular exercise program until 3 years ago. Her brother was diagnosed with MS that year, and a friend of encouraged her to try to ride the MS-150. 4 years later, she'll be riding in her 4th MS-150 and pursuing her first triathlon. In addition, she loves to hike, ski and do anything that enables her to be outside!

As a mom of 3 kids, it's very important to Cathy to remain healthy and strong so that she can have fun, be a positive influence, and instill these values so that they can live their whole lives as healthy as possible!

Leslie Polasek

Leslie has always made exercise a priority in her life. She also realizes that true health does not just involve one side of the equation. Rather, by combining healthy eating with regular exercise, positive changes can (and almost always will) occur. A graduate of Montana State University, Kathie has learned to juggle the pressures and time constraints of life with her husband of 18 years, 2 kids, and their dog Bailey. While her favorite exercise is walking good ol' Bailey, she also enjoys getting the heart pumping with a variety of cardio activities and light weight training, along with Pilates for core stabilization and flexibility. In addition to her exercise pursuits, Kathie is on a never-ending search for easy (but healthy) meals for her busy family.

Ann Castellano

Ann, like many, began her active life at a young age with ballet training at the age of six. But she didn't stop there. In high school and college, she continued to study dance and began teaching aerobics. Then, in her 30's, after the birth of her two sons, she became a runner, completing several half marathons thanks to the encouragement of friends, and has since discovered the sport of triathlon. Meanwhile, her love of dance led her to discover yoga, where she is working toward certification. As a coach, Ann's strength is encouraging others to really participate more fully in their own health and well-being, listening to your body to discover the best track toward improved health and wellness.

Dana Green

Based in Missoula, Montana, Dana is a four-time national champion in Ultimate Frisbee and competed for the U.S. National team at the World Games in Akita, Japan. She has participated competitively in a wide range of sports, from ice hockey and backcountry snowboarding, to trail running, soccer and collegiate rowing. She is also a professional freelance writer, writing specifically on health and fitness topics. One of her goals as a coach: is to bring out the kid in each of us. "Children instinctively know that life is play, and play makes you healthy," Dana says. "Somehow we forget that as adults. I like to find the activity that inspires each person to feel like a kid again."

Whether running, hiking or skiing, Wendy is happiet when she is out enjoying the beautiful outdoors. Running is her current passion - any distsance from 5k to marathon. Long ago, she decided she needed a career that incorporated her healthy lifestyle and her desire to help others do the same. After many years in the corporate world, Wendy went back to Colorado State University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion. Ruth is a Licensed Professional and Nationally Certified Counselor, Registered Yoga Teacher and Wellness Coach. For many years she has been providing individual, couple, family and group counseling, as well as classes, workshops, retreats and programs on wellness.

Her focus centers on managing stress, taking good care of oneself and creating healthy families/lifestyles. Jill Herrick

Jill's degree is in chemical engineering but she chose to spend the past eight years raising her three young children. Now, she has turned her attention towards pursuing her passion of wellness coaching.

She is an avid triathlete and has had success at many levels, from participating in local races to most recently competing at the Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Clearwater, FL. Jill typically competes in over 15 running and multi-sport races every year and she now has the Ironman on her radar screen. Jill makes it a priority to balance her family life with her intense training schedule and she enjoys helping others do the same.

Lauren Sherwood

Lauren is an active mother of twins (some would argue there's no other choice!). She holds a Masters Degree in Education and has spent time teaching high school science, coaching track and cross country, and training peers across the country in various teen mentoring programs. She is an amateur triathlete and a founding member of a mountain area triathlon club.

Leading by example is critical to Lauren. She sees her healthy lifestyle as much more than training for one specific event or season. Rather, it is a way of life, a part of who she is. And through her coaching, she's found a way to share that way of life with others.

Maureen Roben

Simply stated - Maureen can run! In 1987, she was the No. 1 female Marathoner in America. She has registered scores of course records across the country, and is one of six American women who have qualified for four (4) Olympic Trials since the inception of the marathon (1984). She competed worldwide from 1985- 1991 for the Reebok Racing Team and represented the US in the Goodwill Games in Russia, finishing 4th overall in the marathon.

And she's a great coach. From being the head track coach for JFK High School and Team In Training events to running camps and frequent speaking engagements, Maureen is seen as one of the premier experts in the arena of health and fitness.

Maureen has been married for 20 years and has two children who are avid athletes themselves. She loves watching them compete and spending casual family time hiking and cycling.

Renate Shafter

Renate is a former high school English Teacher who learned the hard way about getting back into shape after the birth of her four children. Now, in addition to chasing her kids around, she has fallen in love with mountain biking, hiking, skiing, running and dancing.

Constantly learning, she is consistently reading everything from books to internet articles on the best way to get and stay healthy, providing new ideas and up-to-date applications which she can then share with her coaching clients. She's a strong believer that making daily positive decisions about living a healthy lifestyle helps empower people in every aspect of their lives.

Mary Walinchus

Mary's primary focus in life truly is fitness & health. She begins this at home and carries it into all aspects of her life. Mary's interest in health and fitness began early. Active in competitive sports in college, she continues to stay active by running, playing tennis, camping, fishing and hiking. As a mother of three, she loves including her entire family in all of these activities.

Mary is a Certified Fitness Instructor, trained in teaching Pilates, Yoga, Swimming, Senior and Kid Fitness. She also combines her love of staying healthy with eating right, knowing nutrition is a key part of overall health and wellness. Mary's belief that it's not just teaching the class that's important, but to be a part of each person's fitness and wellness goals. Jennifer Manta

Fitness has always been a major part of Jennifer's life. She started running and swimming competitively in grade school, and then taught and coached swimming. She still competes in an occasional triathlon and runs races from 5K to marathons.

Interestingly, she graduated with a BS in International Marketing from the University of Colorado where she fell in love with the mountains and Colorado lifestyle. Bobby Bemis

Bobby is a former All-State track athlete with a degree in Geography, and it comes in handy when following his extensive health and wellness pursuits. He lives with a rare form of Arthritis called Ankylosing Spondylitis, which has reinforced his strong belief in the value of a healthy and active lifestyle.

He combines yoga, pilates, weight training and hiking with his (and his wife's) love for Triathlon. The later has obviously involved swimming, cycling and running, including participation in area Masters swim teams. He is a Certified ACSM Personal Trainer and a darn good cook (of healthy food, of course!). He absolutely loves helping individuals achieve their goals and change their lives for the better.
