In May of 2007, long before wellness programs were in vogue, the Coopers had an epiphany: What if we could come alongside thousands of individual employees nationwide and help each of them – in their own individual way – make their tomorrow a little better than their today? Brad and Suzanna sat down at their little kitchen table in the foothills of Colorado and started pondering the possibilities and how to bring this concept to life in a way that would make a meaningful difference in the world.
Technology would clearly play an important role (the iPhone was launched just 31 days after US Corporate Wellness!). Alongside that technology, the value of a meaningful, relationship-based connection with an accredited, skilled health & wellness coach would also grow. Brad & Suzanna leaned in on this key element, bringing together their combined 7 college degrees (including 4 Masters and a PhD), multiple certifications, 50+ years of experience and even a few lessons learned from their 3 decades of marriage and raising 3 children to develop what would become the industry-leading model for coaching.
Over time, thanks to an incredible team and partners, that original dream become a reality, with US Corporate Wellness leading the industry toward an emphasis on Accredited… Meaningful… Prioritized (AMP) coaching. If your organization is looking to incorporate best-in-class coaching into your health & wellness strategy, we would be honored to discuss your wide range of options. Whether you’re looking for us to develop and manage your entire program or already have a program in place and simply want to integrate the AMP approach, we can do so seamlessly. For wellness providers looking to partner with an organization to provide best-in-class coaching on your behalf, we are currently doing this with multiple respected organizations around the country. We can easily integrate our coaching into your technology platform to provide your clients with the best of all worlds.
That’s our story, and thanks to you, we’re sticking to it. Accredited… Meaningful… Prioritized coaching, helping improve tomorrow for thousands of unique individuals across the country… one person, one story, one step at a time. Thanks for joining us on the journey.
Today, the US Corporate Wellness Team is comprised of a wide range of coaches, health care providers and experts from around the country, many of whom can be seen on our Coach page. In the beginning, however, it was the vision, work and faith of our Founders that helped make US Corporate Wellness into the model for personalized employee wellness that it is today.
