Kristen enjoys being an educator and leader in the health and wellness industry. She holds a Degree in Exercise and Sport Science with an emphasis in Sport Management and has been a fitness professional for over 18 years, connecting and interacting with individuals to develop strategies aimed at enhanced goal building, motivation and morale.
She is a Wellness Coach, Certified Personal Trainer (ACE) and Strength & Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS). Her background includes coaching, managing individual /team fitness sessions, as well as implementing & facilitating corporate wellness programs. She is committed to people, their goals and empowering them to model a healthy lifestyle.
Kristen enjoys weight lifting, running, swimming, yoga, sprint triathlons, ½ marathons, being outdoors, and spending time with her husband and 2 children.
