Tamie’s interest in health and nutrition began as a young mother. She wanted to be a good role model to her two daughters and raise them to live a healthy lifestyle. The best way to accomplish this was to lead by example. As a stay-at-home mom and child care provider, Tamie realized that a balance of regular exerce, a positive attitude, stress management and good nutrition are key aspects to living well. She strives to help others proactively prevent disease and sickness rather than treat it once it has occured.
Tamie enjoys activities and exercising with her family including riding bikes, summer evening walks, dancing and swimming. As a Certified Wellness Coach, Tamie is excited to walk with her clients on their lifelong journey of becoming the best version of themselves that they can be!
