Jan Haas is a balance coach, author, and speaker, and is passionate about empowering others to accept and embrace their divine power within through self-awareness.

She has a book published called Moving Mountains, One Woman’s Fight to Live Again, a book of hope and inspiration that describes Jan’s personal experience with a year-long illness and the community of love that helped her regain her health. She enjoys speaking to groups about the innate ability to move mountains when we tap into gratitude and accept life as it unfolds.

Jan loves spending time with Tony, her best friend and husband for 25 years, and laughing with their three daughters who are in high school and college. A Colorado native, Jan loves hiking and walking and spends her free time writing, and baking new healthy creations in the kitchen.
